About Prata Riverside Village
Prata Riverside Village is VIC Properties’ new quarter on the Tagus in Marvila, a neighbourhood of artists and old warehouses. Its buildings (Sunrise, Factory, South, Park and Art) hold studios to four-bedroom apartments with balconies, river views and gardens at the door, and a riverside promenade runs in front. Some buildings are already lived in, others are still selling. Atelier Carla Zuzarte decorated the new show flat.
